So I applied the following tweaks from the first post:

1) Enable Tethering Stealth Mode - Hook your phone to your pc and use it as a modem undetected.
(SIM card must be inserted into phone)
2) Enable Rapi - Disable security notifications while installing / running programs.
4) Disable SMS-Sent Notifiation - Turns off bubble alerting that text message was sent successfully.
5) Manila Start Menu Unlocker - Remove lock feature on specific start menu items.
6) Enable All Camera Modes - Sport, Burst, Gps, etc.
7) Enable In-Call Recording - Record your phone calls.
9) AtomAng D3D Drivers - Increase D3D performance on device.
1) Background For All Pages - Have the same background in every TF3D tab.

and my today screen changed from this:

I was just wondering if anyone else has run into this and if you know which cab did it? I'm going to start uninstalling each one at a time to see if I can figure it out.

UPDATE: It was the Background For All Pages hack. I uninstalled it, soft reset, and my home screen looks normal now.

You have to install this first to fix the flip clock. The back ground on all pages is what off centered your Sprint logo, u can either hide it with this or use HD Walls to create your own wallpaper

How do I use the winmo style of the contacts list instead of the TF3d style?

I used that manilla file to move the date to the top and after a soft reset I lost my background for all pages and the top and bottom curtains came back and the bottom one was about twice as big as normal. I reinstalled the background for all pages and the date went back below the clock again. ideas anyone?
