PPCGeeks - Touch Pro 2 Tweaks, Hacks, Tips & Modifications

Does anyone know what dimensions the wallpaper pictures should be? And also is there a way to have 2 pictures saved, one for when the phone is in landscape and one for when it's in portrait?

you can install a different dialer or disable the htc dialer and it will have the windows mobile dialer. look in the themes section for different dialers, or you can use Advanced Config to disable the htc one. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=418151. Or...you can use this reg edit to disable the htc dialer.
To disable the native HTC S2A, set the Registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Phone\Skin\Enabled to 0, then Soft Reset.

Those are the only ways that i know of.

Thanks RAZORLOVES!!! The regedit was exactly what I needed. The Bluetooth works perfect with the pioneer now!

Funny thing is when I'm using the phone normally, the original dialer has some glitches. It does not show the recent dialed numbers above the dial pad, every thing is blank. You can touch the blank area and it will call one of your recent numbers. Also, native S2U doesn't seem to work anymore.

Does anyone know of any app for creating profiles? I used to use G-profile on my Touch Pro. Its not free anymore. any recommendations for alternatives?

If Im not mistaken you cant. You have to use something like coreplayer that has the codecs to play those type of files.
