Re: Sprint CDMA Touch Pro 2 Spotted in the wild
To me, it makes Perfect sense to release the phone in June. Since it seems Apple is making a new Iphone debut annually in the summer(rumored to be June 8th this yr), Sprint has to counteract all the customers who will think about switching services. The Iphone has been the influential cell phone in history. No other phone has caused so many customers to switch service just to get a phone. You could always jail break an Iphone, but not every customer thinks about that.
If Sprint wants to survive, I think it's wise they release it early. In that case, I need to save up for the damn thing at full price. *sigh* |

One would almost think of using insurance for the TP1 to get into a TP2 in a few months due to the heating issues. Unless, someone were to create a TP2-type battery door for the TP1. In fact, that would be cheaper and easier for those of us not ready to upgrade. Come on Seidio and friends, think about it. |

Re: Sprint CDMA Touch Pro 2 Spotted in the wild
Like the phone but have something against HTC. I find it hard to support a company that released a phone with MAJOR heating issues, a screen that rainbows, and gps that lags combined with an attitude of "F**k you, stop bit**ing and buy our next product" which I can guarantee will have the exact same issues and more. If they even acted like they cared and fixed the gps lag I would have been happy.
They never even bothered to release any updates the pro. The extra screen space isn't worth the hassle of all the new problems that will arise and HTC not giving a damn. |
