Entering email addresses?

Have I missed some setting on my Touch Pro 2 please? When I send a new email and start entering the first few characters of the email address, I want to see suggestions for previously used contacts. The same as you get on iPhone and iPad.

Alternatively I thought maybe I could tap and hold in the To box and get a list, but that doesn't happen.
