I did some searching and the only Portuguese Rom I found was for the European GSM version of the Rhodium. I doubt any have been made for the RhodiumW. You'll probably have to get someone to cook one for you or you'll have to cook it yourself.
There are Spanish and Russian roms but as far as I can tell, no Portuguese.
Careful!! That's why I didn't link the OP to those roms because If he flashes those he will have a brick!!

Ooops..sorry OP!! I guess I completely overlooked the fact you said sprint tp2. With you asking for a Portuguese rom, I dont know why but I assumed it was a gsm tp2 since gsm networks are the only one's available in Portugal. Good thing it was caught before causing any problems!! Again I apologize def didn't mean to cause confusion..I removed the links to avoid future mishaps!!
