TP2 Flashes with TP1 Rom......Is there a way to fix this?
I have a TP2 flashed by a family member, on his first flash, flashed a tp1 rom. is there any help?

if you only flashed a rom and not a bootloader then you should be ok...lets start with simple..did you try taking out your battery?

battery out, sim card out
battery in hold volume down + power button till 3 color bars flash stock tp2 rom depending on carrier HTC - Mobile Phones, Smartphones, Cell Phones, PDAs
