Re: TP2 Keeps Rebooting

Well, I went to the Sprint Store and the lady put a new battery in it. She said that the phone booted fine for her, but that the charging port was bad. But whenever I plug in the phone, the orange charging light comes on. Also, I can't get it to turn on at all now. Not even any rebooting. I don't know what's wrong, but my warranty ends tomorrow, so I'm just going to send it in to get it fixed. Thanks for your help guys.

EDIT: Weird, as soon as I posted this, it booted up. :/ Still not sure if it's charging though. Anyway, this thread is pretty much solved now. Just wanted to post this to let people in the future know.

Answer: Get a new, charged battery. That should work. Good luck guys.

Cool. I dont think the charging port is bad, I thinknshe just had to give you a reason for it not working
(Even though we already know its cause android killed it lol)

But just make sure to always keey it charged. You should have any issue

It might not have booted up cause it had to charge a bit. It happens every now and then on mine, even though i dont let it die, if it gets with in 5 percents, it wont start for around 10 mins of charging when connected to a wall charger.

I dont thin kyou have anything to worry about..

And if you were to send it in.. They would only send you a refurbashed one and look in every nook and cranny of your phone to see if they could possibly blame you for anything and charge you for the replacment.

But in anycase, keep in mine that the android port can be anywhere up to 10 percent off when telling power level.
