OP I don't understand why your device is auto-rotating constantly unless you have your internet browser open at that time. Maybe this is an issue with the rom you are using that for some reason has auto-rotation enabled constantly.

If you have total commander installed, use it and navigate to your \windows directory and find gsensor.dll

long press and delete it.

That will turn any auto rotation off permanatly untill you either hard reset or flash a new rom

It just might lat up sometimes when you open the keyboard or close the keyboard.
If that happens, press start, let it load (it should fix the orientation) then close out
