How to get Bluetooth PAN working with Sprint TP2

I have been scanning through the forum attempting to find the answer to my problem, but I have had no luck.

I have the Sprint TP2 on "JD's RhoPazIo" rom and my Bluetooth PAN option appears under my Internet Sharing options. It even states that I am connected when I set it to connect to my PC. But on my PC side it is not picking up any IP from my phone.

Can anyone help me with this. I don't want to "dial up" or connect "as modem". I want to connect using Internet Sharing just like when I plug my phone in with the USB cable.
