I would also go with the tp2 being a great device. I've had it since it first came out and I've never regretted getting it. True I am not addicted to flashing but I've tried a couple of roms...but when I got my tp2 replaced last year (kb slider stuck), I kept it stock. Cooked roms works for me and like the eye candy...but the device works for my needs running stock.

I guess to each is his own.

wow what a first post. reason you had so much trouble is because you used the energy roms, if you had used vin's rom, lead rom ,tinkelbell's upcoming rom or even the stock 6.1 rom you would not hate the phone at all. the OS definately runs fine with the fat trimmed off HTC Sense or with sense entirely disabled

Yeah, definitely DONT want WM. I had a MotoQ a few years ago, and liked it, so i figured this updated windows mobile 6.5 would be better... idk. Windows really makes this phone suck hard.. yeah. we'll see what happens. i REALLY like the kb. I'll look into the other roms... this phone is sucking up my life.

PS; is there any way to get MMS to work on the US Cellular network?? i can send mms' but the people i send vids/pics to say they are blank messages... only the text shows up..

did you actually read my post? its not WM 6.5 its htc sense 2.5 that is bogging and crapping things up as it was designed for a more powerful device (the HD2) its that and the things carriers intentionally put in stock ROMs to drive people away from the phone and its working with u. goto my ram saving thread a couple threads down it tells u how to save ram and improve performance .

Hi and welcome OP. Not sure what to say as I love my tp2 with 6.5 stock and iphonetoday (doesn't use sense) - is quite zippy. Have you tried that? What are your specific problems (whether or not you change phones!!!) ?
