Sprint Touch Pro 2 Brand New in Box -- Question

I have a completely brand new in box sprint touch pro 2 that I'm looking to sell. I'm thinking about putting it on ebay. The only thing I'm worried about is the SIM card. Do I need to remove that? I'm worried that it might contain account information and I'll be given a bill if the buyer decides to use it overseas.

I would prefer not to open the box to retain the most value if I can. But if you guys think that the SIM card will be an issue, I guess I'll have no choice.

What should I do? Would appreciate any suggestions or advice.
