problem to unlock

I get the rhodiumwunlocker but I can make run the 2nd step it looks like is want a load but it never load I can load original roms but I can't unlock thge phone i have wn6.5 and im using to load my desk top running windows 7 ultimate 64b what can i do to make it run thanks

this is not my first time but my friend he does know how to I did my like a year but this is the first time I see this issue

get your phone to connect to WMDC first, then try running the unlocker

whats wmdc sorry but i never see have this problem unlocking my phones I unlock my evo and this is one of hard phones to unlock thanks

Windows Mobile Device Center.
It was the replacement for Activesync for USB syncing between a PPC and a PC.
Sync with your pc first and then run the unlocker.

did step 1 go through OK? do you see OliNex in bootloader (the tricolour screen)?
