Switch from HTC Sense to Touch Flo 3d

Alright, I know that I've seen a few posts discussing this, but I've been searching for a while and I haven't found an answer to my question. I've had a TP2 for a year and a half, and about 4 months ago I needed to replace it. I had absolutely no problem with the software of the original phone (hardware problems) which ran Touch Flo 3D. The replacement I received has Sense, and to say that I absolutely DESPISE and DETEST the software would be an understatement. Average load time for a text message is around 10 seconds, the number of background processes running at a time (despite my deactivating them...) kills my battery (the longest the new phone has lasted on a full charge is 2.5 days, versus 5 to 6 days for the previous phone, and numerous other complaints. I don't want Sense, and I don't want to use the standard WinMo Today screen. How can I switch? Please help! I don't wanna get rid of my TP2; I love this thing!
