Using Touch Pro 2 in England
 

Hey everyone,
I'm heading over to London for a week next month and would like to have a phone while I'm over there. I currently use the Epic 4g, which I know wouldn't work over there, but I still have my old TP2. Can I take my TP2 over there and just get a prepaid SIM card in london, stick it in, and have the phone work? Or is there something else I would have to do to use the TP2?

Sprint has international plans. TP2 would take a SIM from over the pond but only if it is SIM unlocked. Otherwise you will HAVE to use your Sprint SIM and add international service to your plan for the time you're headed over the pond.

ooo some of those rates are no joke. probly would be cheaper to pay for the unlocker and then buy paid service from orange or virgin once there.

if by old you mean on a 2nd line sure itll work....... otherwise the phone is still gonna need to be activated... goto england, geta pre-paid sim, pop it in, golden....

Make sure your TP2 is GSM unlocked and will be golden..
