Problem turning off HTC Sense

Hey guys; i've tried searching on the forums and on google and I can't find anything! So when I turn HTC Sense off on my just bought Sprint Touch Pro 2, the Ringer Profile settings are gone! (Like the Automatic Profile, Vibrate, Ring On, etc.) I prefer Sense off but I want my ringer profile set to automatic so my phone automatically goes to vibrate during an active appointment and this is only available when sense is on, AGH! Does anyone have a clue as to what to do?? Thanks in advance!!

You may have to go back to an older version of manila or install the old htc home today plugin or some other plugin that will allow ring profiles for various situations. Maybe thier is a ringer control app out there somewhere.

Thanks for the reply. I was afraid of that. I'm going to look into installing a custom ROM and look into what you suggested soon. Thanks again! /sighhhhhh

Re: Problem turning off HTC Sense

Bump... okay this time i'm going to be more specific. When Sense is turned on, it gives me a Settings Tab. And in that tab there's a setting for Sounds & Display. Under Sounds & Display there are my choices for Sound Profiles (Like normal ring, vibrate, silent and automatic) and other stuff like setting up ringtones, wallpaper, etc. When I turn Sense off and use the Windows Default skin (Titanium? I think,) those sound settings that I found when Sense is on is no where to be found when I have Windows Default on. Basically, that Sounds & Display setting page is no where to be found. Is this some type of bug? =(

Re: Problem turning off HTC Sense

the sounds and notifications settings page is available under start>settings>personal regardless of whether or not sense is enabled. to me that page is much more effective option wise for setting ringtones and such the HTC one just looks better and is more finger friendly but i can use the WM one just fine on my stock 6.1 rom

What happens if you enable sense then set ringer to automatic and then soft reset then disable sense?
Maybe auto will stick.

Yep, i've tried that and it doesn't work, =(. I googled around and dug deeper and found that the only thing I can do is purchase an app but I don't want to do that... so i'm just going to have to put up with Sense. Thanks for all your guys' help.
