ROM Update At 0% Transfer For 20 Minutes!

So my screen stopped working and I had to reflash my stock ROM to return the phone. THE RUU loaded up fine but it's frozen at the 0% transfer mark. Is it ok to cancel the program and unplug the usb? Will this brick the phone or will I be able to load the ROM again on a different computer?

I'm trying this on a new Dell with USB 3.0 ports and Windows 7 x64 so I'm not sure if that would make a difference or not.

[Update: Not sure why I can't delete. The RUU gave me a timed out message and I unplugged the usb, took out the battery and rebooted and it was good to go. Going to try on another computer.]
