well what i do know is that sprint is still replacing TP1s with TP2s.
If i had a problem with mine i would only expect a comparable phone to replace it, if it was not available.
If they offered me anything else, I would be speaking to corp manager.
So HTC Pro 7 would be in my pocket within a day or two.

It's not what they "know" or "don't know". If anything they know that the average consumer will never put up a fight when offered a lesser device. We are in the small contingent of enlightened cell phone users... and THAT is what they bank on!

Its like a rugged HTC snap lol..and has a 600mhz snapdragon...
