Re: Just brought and installed SPB Mobile Shell
I hack the crap out of my phone and can honestly say I have never had a sod, ever. You should have seen how excited my friend was the day his iphone could run 2 programs at the same time. Then you should have seen his face when I said, "so, I've been able to do that since 2004."

The phone is a buggy mess. Out of the 4 systems, mine is the only reliable system, hugely due to spb ms. Two of the systems got upgraded to 6.5 via stock upgrade because 6.1 was too unstable. I'm talking about girls that have no ability to even install an app, much less a tweak. Characterizing me as an iphone fanboy is a joke. The only reason I even have a few iphones is because family members gave them to me free. I am eventually giving away these phones as well, but having used them pretty damn extensively, if you're main issue is having a reliable smart phone, then it's the way to go. The touch screen is more responsive, the soft keyboard is unmatched, and the reliability is second to none. Multitasking means squat if a user can't do his tasks properly. Lets face it, one the big reasons why the iphones were such a huge success is because microsoft cut corners with windows mobile. They never attempted to improve the system, only till someone came around and made them irrelevant, and that they have become. The tp2 came how many years after the iphone? It was an inferior phone on release ffs. I'm guessing that most of this forum would not even be on the TP2 if they had a choice. I'de be on a blackberry if it cost the same and had a decent browser. I wouldnt trade my TP2 for an iphone, if iphone were available for sprint, but I'm sure a good 95% of TP2 users would ditch their phone in an instant. |

Re: Just brought and installed SPB Mobile Shell
but you are an apple zealot fanboy. this thread had nothing to do with how much "junky and crappy" the TP2 or WM is. it is not! it was about how someone "brought (should be bought) and installed spb ms" and how much more stable it made his phone compared to htc sense. then you decide to come in here with your bullshit and take this thread off topic. you shouldnt even be on this site as there is no iPhone in the top pictures at this site. it is PPCGeeks.com not iPhoneGeeks.com and the iPhone is not a pocket pc, you should be at Tipb.com or mobilitysite.com with all the other apple zealots. the tp2 has been regarded as one of the best smartphones of all time and it is,i dont have any of the problems u have because im using the 6.1 stock rom which is very stable and ive only had 2 lockups in the 3 weeks ive been on it. i hope you enjoy all the antennagate and signal problems that your iPhone has in which its own company doesnt even give a shit about. all they had to do was maybe release a fix for it and they didnt! ¡maldito desgraciado!
