Re: OMG! Bought 3 TP2s: Did I screw up?
The Rhodium is not really an IFR phone.
It looks like you might be in a bit of a stall here. As with any stall you know the solution, Deep Breath, Forward on the stick, and trust none of your instincts. Take it one step at a time and you'll be fine. You have made the right choice. |
Re: OMG! Bought 3 TP2s: Did I screw up?
Thanks, all. I've decided to go with Leadpoizon's ROM. I'm searching for the Hardspl and Radio for the Sprint TP2. Probably right here somewhere......

WM rquires a learning curvem there's no two ways about it. The downside is that you are going to be investing time and enery (and a lot of frustraiton) on a dead platform. You can get the phone working really well of you put the time in, but only you can decide if it's worth it. Buying a WM phone is like buying a good Tube TV today. It wil still work, and you can get it to do what you need, but the world has moved to flatscreens |

Re: OMG! Bought 3 TP2s: Did I screw up?
I never really like WM6.5 on my TP2, I just wanted something which was closer to the look of windows on my computer and the nearest experience was to use WM6.1 and to make modifications to the registry(cook a custom rom) and make it look like the original one. Wm6.1 is my preference here since I use it a lot texting-WM6.5 is a pain when typing/editing emails.

I have it set to launch quickmenu with the windows key, but a long press will bring up the default menu. (using the rhodium keyboard config) |
