HD2/Leo has WP7 can we?

Idk if I am wrong to think this, but a lot of our ports come from HD2/Leo right?

So recently there has been info about someone getting WP7 on their HD2.
PPCGeeks.com » The HD2 now running WP7, WM & Android 2.2

You think we can use this info to get it working for us?

NO!!! this has been debated a thousand times already, the TP2 does not have all the requirements for wp7 ,it only meets 2 of them.

The HD2 meets all (or almost all) of the requirements. It was actually questioned if the HD2 would receive an officiale WP7 update in the future. The TP2 barely meets any of the hardware requirements.

! (funny though) the tp2 running wp7 would be great to see, i'm not gonna say it can't be done, because alot of folks said the hd2 couldn't run android or wp7 either

@shatner: i was asking if the touch pro 2 could have WP7 because a lot of our ports are from HD2, so i was asking if the tp2 could.

oh WOW!!! how much of a tarado are you? posts about the HD2 Leo would still be relavant to us TP2 users because 1) they use the same WVGA screen (only difference is size and that one is capacitive and the other is resistive) and 2) the posts still pertain to WM and not ANDROID!! anything pertaining to android should be posted in the ANDROID forums or at least the ANDROID section of this forum. now anyway wp7 will not run on a tp2 because it does not support resistive touch screens which is what the tp2 has.

The screen type would probably pose the least of the issues you'd run into trying to run WP7 on the TP2. You'd likely have more problems with the processor and the lack of GPU power, considering it isn't built to run on any less than a Snapdragon processor.
