Touch Pro 2 Contacts to Treo 800w

I need from my current Touch Pro 2 to a Palm Treo 800w and have no idea how to switch the contacts from one to the other. I have tried using Microsoft Myphone but their site has been down and have tried getting the Activesync on the 800w to pull them from their server but am not sure if I have been putting in all the information correctly. Email - Jeff@hotmail.com, password - *****, domain - hotmail.com, server - pop3.live.com. If anyone could help it would be a great help. Thanks in advance for anyone who knows how to figure it out..
