Re: adobe flash

For a couple of "not Noobs" you sure are confused easily. The original post had two separate paragraphs and you assumed that they were the same thing? Didn't take creative writing in high school? A paragraph is a way of separating ideas. I also used a seg way and said "on a similar note" this would also indicate the addition of a separate point.

So far we have figured out that the GF can't view that pic or video on her phone because she is not using skyfire or some other flash9 compatible browser. That solves the first paragraph of my original post.

The second paragraph said that I have started having trouble with a loaded app that I had been running for a while. I an just trying to figure out why the app can no longer find flash

The loaded app is that "flashlight" program your keep asking about right? What flash is it trying to find as there is no "flash" on the TP2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it? And you might wanna calm down with the attitude a little bit!!! you will get much better help... Just food for thought.

Wait a minute, you installed FlashLite and when you run your flashlight app it complains about Macromedia Flash not being there?

That sounds like some kind of Registry problem to me. Have you tried uninstalling FlashLite? Also, going with a different flashlight app may totally solve that as well. I don't have any suggestions though, as I do not use one.

(Also, the references to Macromedia make it easy to confuse your statement. It totally threw me off too, but I get what you mean now.)

Re: adobe flash

OK, here are my thousand words. This is the error I get when I try to run the FlashLIGHT app. You can kinda see the icon in the background.

While I am at it, trying to trouble shoot my phone. Here is another issue I am having. Google Mobile app is giving me this error. Again, this app worked fine in the past.

Sorry about the "attitude". I just don't appreciate being called a "noob" in every reply. I understand that I am new to this forum and in fact to smart phones et all. However, I am far from a noob. If my searches didn't result in half a million threads about roms, I might have found the answer to my question but I did try to figure this out on my own.

Re: adobe flash

I will try a different flash light app but I swear this one worked with what I am running before. I am running the stock ROM, SPB mobile and that other skinning program that I can't remember the name of.

As for the Google app, I downloaded a new copy yesterday and installed it. It uninstalled the old one during the install and it is still messing up. I will try uninstalling, soft reset and then installing.

EDIT: Well, as I was uninstalling the two programms, I saw the entry for the skin thing. It is naong's mobilesense. I did have max sense on there before and there are still pieces of it left over after uninstalling it.
