I am pretty sure most people already have this setup or have heard about it, but the link is below to help some of the noobs like myself, in case you haven't already got it setup.

Another easy way to accomplish the same thing is to use Windows Live. That way you can sync your exchange through activesync if you need/want to. Windows Live Does push mail as well.
