HTC Peep Download Error

So today the twitter tab stopped updating. now when i try to download tweets it says

"Download Error: The account was forbidden to access the twitter server!"

I'm not sure what the issue is but it looks like some other phones (EVO, Hero) are experiencing some of the same problems. Is anyone able to update HTC Peep successfully? I made the mistake of logging out and back in and now no tweets show up at all, I can still tweet from the app but can't see anything on my timeline.
