mp3 player was stolen

basically my mp3 player was stolen from my car so i bought a FM modulator that works with my verizon touch pro 2.

what kind of options do i have for getting music to my phone? would it be too laggy to stream music from the internet while i'm driving? i guess i could just put music on a memory card (the biggest i have is 4gb though).

any tips or links would be greatly appreciated.
