2. i don't understand what you're asking 3. usually you have to soft reset a once or twice after a fresh rom but i don't see why that would be a big deal. 4. if you follow the instructions carefully on flashing roms, it's really not hard at all. it's a matter of downloading the files, connecting via activesync, opening the file you downloaded and clicking some buttons onscreen. i promise. there's numerous methods out there to make the phone perform better. the sticky threads at the top of the forum even has a section for "tweaks, tips, hacks and modifications' or something like that. there is good info in all those threads. you also have the ability to flash and android port on your tp2. there is also the option to overclock your tp2, which makes using it awesome. it almost seems like a different phone because it's so much faster. read up and see what you feel comfortable doing with your phone, but it's a very capable device, just gotta tune it right. |

Yet another person whos Hates their TP2, because they have NO CLUE what theyre doing.. if your really bad with technology, then you shouldnt even own a winMO device.. winMO is for geeks, hackers, modders alike... you shouldve done your research before buying the phone i guess huh.. you wouldve seen almost any winMO device takes alot of upkeep and maintenence... winMO is not for the person who simply "just wants a working phone"..

Re: clear storage
To be fully honest with you: Unless you are on some legacy Plan that doesn't allow for a newer device, than you should either trade the deivce in or sell it and get something that you enjoyed playing with in the store. Win Mo devices are not "User-friendly" outta-the box. They also require more time to get setup "just-right" when compared to other devices. If you just need something to talk-text-& e-mail, then I highly suggest you go with something like a Blackberry. (The touch Pro 2 is far more capable than talk, text, and e-mail. in fact I suggest you don't even flash or unlock, but just give Android a try on your Touch Pro 2, use the Blazin build and you will be amazed at how quickly everything responds on your TP2....only thing i recommend if you do go that route is to back-up or save a copy of the start-up.txt in another folder so if yours vanishes you can still boot into Android.
