you do realize this is a feature that helps you right??

1) stops phone from unlocking in your pocket and turning on the backlight - saves major battery
2) no pocket dialing or answer
and probably a few more things not coming to mind.. making it unlock when you slide it open = not a good feature to have IMO

Pocket dialing is never an issue for me as my phone does not slide open in my pocket. I know it's a personal preference, which is why I'm trying to get it back. Thanks so far guys, but is there really no definitive answer for this? I assume it's a simple registry edit at best, I just don't want to mess with that blindly.

Thank you, kind sir. I looked a bunch and I checked my CP because I swore I had this problem before, but I couldn't find anything. Honestly dude I'm pretty sure you helped me before, as well.

im still searching for you... im 500 threads deep already, i know i posted in the thread with the same warning i gave you.. its just beyond the 150 posts were allowed to see in CP..

edit**your not running NRG are you?? i found one of the threads where i brought it up and NRGY has modded the lock to Not Unlock when sliding the keyboard open...

Boredandtattooed, you're the best man. It was totally you who helped me in the first thread but I can't find it for the life of me. I pmed the guy and asked him for the registry entry. Thanks a ton dude.
