Then, view the file and it'll be in a CSV format. That isn't that friendly, but once you filter out some things it'll be easily usable. I used that for court proceedings when I had to provide evidence! It has date/time stamp with a lot of other things that might be useful to you

I did a PIm backup without compression, but it stores in a .pib format, how do I convert it to excel?

hmm, i might have to go through this tomorrow when I have more time.

But on the file, thats .pib, change it to .csv and open it in excel. You can specify how to break it up.
