Ok so I'm looking for a rom where I can run the classic interface, yet have stability. Can you guys recommend one?

Try mightyrom 6/20 release. Probably one of the most stable roms out there, best battery life and one of the lowest ram consumption.

MightyRom running CHT, overclocked, with Windows 7 backgrounds makes all my dreams of a new snapdragon phone go away...stable, fast, easy to use, and great looking.

there are alot of great roms out there... For me, i was looking for simplicity, smoothness, and fast, but able to overclock, basically very versatile. I ended up with Mr.X rom 2.5 but the 2.1 version is just as great.
