How hard will it be to change the layout to iphone theme?

I really like energy rom but dislike the theme. is there anyway i can change it to this? as you can see the icon selection really give the phone a new look to it. the other thing that i would like to change is the clock flip board. i like the standard one rather than the one on energy which have that reflective look. what do you guys think? any cook out there want to take up to the challenge? i can provide you with all the resources. i just don't know how to put it all together.
