that is what I was told my sprint CSR, back when I had the simply everything unlimited plan when it first came out about 2 years ago. They told me that thethering was available for the other plans but when i switched over and couldnt tether anymore thats what they told me. That was just my experience with that same error code that the OP was getting.

The thing is, if you can use the data on your phone, you can tether it, and Sprint won't know if it's directly from your phone or your computer. |
