did you rename to ".exe"? i used total commander.

you have to change the file extension into a .exe for it to work.

Do you need an external GPS unit for this to work? I downloaded and changed to .exe and got the program to run. Changed to Port 4 and turned on the GPS but the speed never changes (always at 0).

Running the stock out of the box Verizon 6.1 system.
