Re: HELP-Flashed by Verizon TP2 and it wont boot

dunno where you got that ROM but if you google it, your post on it here is the only post on google that mentions it period..

whered you DL the ROM from?

and if thats a GSM rom you flashed on your CDMA phone, pretty much turned it into a brick..
reflash the previous ROM and try again.. assuming you can get it into bootloader still

Re: HELP-Flashed by Verizon TP2 and it wont boot

you can only try.. moving the ROM to the ROOT of your sd card and rename in RHODIMG.nbh.. then see it it will go into bootloader manually and see the CDMA rom..

you may be F'd man.. GSM roms on CDMA usually brick it permanently..

also everything can be found here, since your going to have to try via SD card.. Verizon users have special instructions for the unlocking/flashing process http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=61333

and why on earth would you DL the rom from some obscure site?? PPCG and XDA are the 2 most trusted places for sure.. id stick with them or VZWs oem site from now on when downloading Roms

Re: HELP-Flashed by Verizon TP2 and it wont boot

well im guessing you flashed the device by having hooked up to your computer???.. dont think you can now if your phone wont boot and you cant connect to activesync ..

so take the stock ROM you need to download for VZW.. open it up, extract the long titled usually named RUU_Xxxxx_xxxxx.nbh and rename it to RHODIMG.nbh and move it to your storage card.. ROOT meaning not in ANY folder what-so-ever..

Re: HELP-Flashed by Verizon TP2 and it wont boot

youll rename it while its in winrar, atleast thats when i do it.. then transfer the renamed file to your storage card.. then put your phone in bootloader manually.. ummm, power button>volume down key>and soft rest button maybe? should see tri-color screen.. if its working it will read that you have a ROM ready to flash..follow prompts on screen to finish.. once it says completed, soft reset the device.. if it let you get this far, you should be ok.. and count yourself lucky lol
