Verizon to AT&T - voicemail problem

I have a TP2 that was originally a Verizon phone. It is unlocked and I now use it on AT&T. The problem is that when I have a voicemail and touch the screen to check themessage it tries to dial the Verizon network voicemail. I have a voicemail in my contacts that dials my AT&T voicemail but there is apperantly a number programmed in the phone for verizon voiemail that over rides. I've looked thru the setting many times looking for this with no luck. Can someone point me in the right direction.
