iCal All Day Events Not Syncing to TP2

When I create an All Day event in iCal (through LaunchBar) it shows up fine in Entourage and OWA but Active Sync does not sync these to my TP2. Events with a specific time sync fine it's only all day events that don't work.
If I enter an All Day Event directly in Entourage it syncs fine to the TP2 but I'd like to be able to use LaunchBar which only enters events to Entourage through iCal and Sync Services.
