If you sold your TP2, how much would you ask for?

$170 for a used TP2 in VG condition
$200 for a used TP2 in mint condition with box, etc

I bought mine a couple weeks ago for $140. It came with the box and all accessories, paperwork, etc. It had a manufacture date of March 29, 2010, so it's only a few months old. There were some very light scratches on the screen, that a bestskinsever filled in very nicely. But aside from that, it looked like brand new, everything was tight and clean.

With the EVO out, lots of these are popping up on cl/fleabay, and what's more, they're all competing with each other, driving the price further down still. I think $250 asking price, with a willingness to go down to $200 or $225 is reasonable for a LNIB pristine, perfect, no scratches unit. Definitely not $350.

I bought my TP2 brand new off ebay in Nov of 2009 and paid $325 brand new in box with a 16gb microsd and thought I got a smoken deal.

You will be lucky to get 250 after fees on ebay and paypal. Best bet is CL it for $275 hoping to get $250 cash.

Not sure what your Cricket market is like but you may be better off flashing to cricket and selling it that way.

With 2yr contract prices running $30-50 right now, thats a good indication that they are nearing the end of their technological cycle. Out of contract prices have dropped, too. As much as I love my TP2, it's already yesterday's news.

Not offended, I'm asking for feedback for a reason... And maybe with VZW or T-Mo you can get a TP2 for $30 bucks but not Sprint lol..

Check out that CL link I posted a few pages back, there's quite a few on/above $300 so I guess I'm not the only one out there who still thinks the TP2 is worth something... Aside from the Evo, I think it's the best phone out right now so I'm really contemplating on just keeping it, and forkin out the $$$ for a new phone... Not everyone likes phones without keyboards, so when they look at the next best available, with having Sprint as their carrier, their choice is the TP2 still..

In my area, they're mostly in the $150 to $200 range, with a few outliers around or above $250. It honestly doesn't matter at all what you think it's worth, or what I think it's worth for that matter. It's worth whatever the buyer/highest bidder is willing to pay. Keeping it isn't a bad idea at all if you can't move it for what you want to get out of it. It's a great phone!

Listing something for a high price on craigslist, you'll get lots of people calling and low-balling you. Doesn't matter if you write PRICE IS FIRM in 48 point red font at the top of the listing, you'll still get jerks calling you at all hours saying, "you take $160?" That's usually why I buy on craigslist but don't sell. PITA.
