Deleting all music off the sd
Read all the threads on this still and it still doesnt help. Im trying to get rid of all the music on my sd card so i can put what i want on there. When i go to total commander in music it only shows the songs i like but when i go to media player and click on all music it shows hundreds of songs im trying to get rid of. How can this be? And i did a properties search and it says those songs are in the same folder

if you want to see if they are in the folder, click on menu the property, it will show you the directory of the folder it resides on. Follow the directory and delete as you wish. Make sure the player is not listing Ringtones because then your phone will be silent.

Maybe you need to update your library within Windows Media Player? It might still be showing songs you've deleted from the file system because the library is like a big playlist.

Easiest way, backup the files you do have on your SD card to your computer and than Format the SD card.
