Bricked phone while trying to flash stock rom

I had Energy rom on my VZW tp2 but needed to return it to stock for warranty stuff.
While I was flashing my stupid laptop blue-screened, as a result I had a functioning but very malfunctioning phone.
I came home and reflahed the stock rom (got it from verizon) on my phone.
Everything went well but phone is stuck on "htc" sign with some red letters at the bottom.
Is there anything i can do?
Thanks a buch.

Try manually entering bootloader. Take the battery out, now hold down the vol. down button and put the battery back in and hit the power button while still holding down the Vol. Down button. That should do the trick.

you have to be locked to flash that new mr2 rom. put your phone into bootloader mode (phone off-hold vol up and hold power button), then flash the relocker. its in the second post of the unlocker thread

I can enter the bootloader.
But I was under the impression that you need to flash stock rom first and then use the relocker.
Can you explain the me the exact step in returning to stock? (or a link would be great)
Thanks.
