first enter bootloader mode
2nd flash to ur first stocked verizon rom
3rd clear storage flash
4th relock your phone
5th flash to new verizon stock rom

0. please make sure you already flashed stock ROM and radio, because stock SPL flash is *always* the last step before sending the device in.

I looked at this to begin with.
Doesn't it say flash stock ROM so I went to Verizon and got a stock ROM and ran it. I feel really stupid right now.

So I finally got the shipped ROM to flash on the phone.
My next step was to run the relocker, but when I run this my progress bar does not move from 0%.
