Ahh this reception!

Hi all,

Haven't been on the forums in a while, but I just got my new Touch Pro 2 (trying to beef it up ) so you may be seeing more of me. Loving this phone, but I just moved to a new city and I'm living in a high rise building now. The reception here is TERRIBLE. I have been missing so many calls and dropping a bunch as well.

Anyways, I have patients that need to reach me on occasion and I NEED to be able to have my phone handy. So far, the only thing that seems to work is sitting next to the window in my house. The reception is just fine when I am not at home, but do any of you have any suggestions on what I can do to fix this problem?? I'm desperate .

I called Sprint a couple times and they told me I can purchase a $99 system for the house that will improve my service but the rate is an additional $4.99 a month. There's gotta be something else, right? I'm just now starting my residency so money is tight.

Keep in mind these details:
1. Just got my phone so I am still under that 30 day period if it is a phone issue.
2. I am running Max Manilla 2.5.
3. Software includes Google Maps and Voice, Epocrates, Bing, S2U2, and IContact. Feel free to suggest other software
