Sending contacts using SMS

Is there a way to bring up an Outlook contact and then forward that using SMS? I have searched everything I can think of and haven't been able to find an answer.

Re: Sending contacts using SMS

Good question bro...
I've never seen that done.
I hope someone here can get you a more definite answer though.

Re: Sending contacts using SMS

Not sure if this will help you out or not but if I go to the contacts tab in sense 2.5 and pull up a contact there is an option on the menu to "send contact by message". I tried it and if I select "send by sms" it fails but if I select "send by mms" it sends with a vcard attachment.

Re: Sending contacts using SMS

Not thru sms but I've sent them to my wife's TP2 as well as her email account using MMS.
from sense select "all messages"
tap menu select "new"
select "picture message""
tap "menu"
tap "attachment"
tap "menu"
tap "add vCard"
select the contact you want to send
tap the back arrow fill out the rest of the info for who your sending it to and hit send
