With so many out there I just want to know what are your top 5?


After having this phone for few months I have realized my top 5 favorite are...

Swype - Texting is so much faster and easier with one hand.

Bing - Easy lookups and voice turn-by-turn directions with lastest update is awesome!

Shazam - Never have to guess or remember song thats playing in club/bar, car, etc.

Scrobble - Just like Scrabble...damn this game is addicting

Skyfire + atdhe.net - Cant believe Im able to watch LIVE tv on my phone anywhere Im at!!

My top 5 fav's are...

1. CHT (if it's not cooked in)
2. Bing (the new one)
3. Midomi Music ID (cuz I rock out with my co... n/m)
4. SKTools (Gets rid of shit that doesn't normally wanna be gotten rid of)
5. S2U2 (because I can have bouncing boobies as my unlock screen)

1) Google Maps - I'd be lost without you
2) CorePlayer - Youtube, video, and music player
3) SK Tools - Registry, cleaning, maintenance
4) Seven - Push e-mail client
5) SPB MS - Love the customization of my homescreen.

1. Task Manager/File Explorer - Yes I'm serious. I'm a utility sucker.
2. Opera Mini 5 - Mobile internet has never been this fast. Makes me feel like I'm using 4G.
3. Microsoft Office OneNote - I'm a note taker/reminder junkie.
4. Collapse Chaos - Time killer extrodinare!
5. GTX Themes - Not really in this catagory, but I love the GTX theme and could never live without.

Guys It would be really nice to add your favorite cabs along with your post.

Some of the ones people are posting are paid programs, I would say if you are going to do that post links for programs as there will be a ton of duplicates.

Well the speaker phone is noticeable but I also believe it increases ear piece. I have the cabs at home I will upload them when I get home.

The link has been posted. I use V1 and Ive used it for a few months now. It does get buggy sometimes but Its worth it in my opinion. :)

I would have to say if you got in on the new Opera 6 Mini beta, it is the best app ever! Full flash support and you can watch Hulu too!!!

Any device I've owned for the last few years:

1) Total Commander. A must have.
2) QuickMenu
3) PhatNotes
4) Opera Mini
5) Pocket Informant

Now for this phone I'd like to add 2 more - iContact and iDial. Faster than stock contact app, more finger friendly, and with iDial I don't have to worry about accidentally dialing someone from previous calls list. Whomever made a default dialer work by single click was either idiotic or evil.

Now, there are two of my all time favs which I haven't installed yet - Pocket Breeze and iPhone Today. Still new to TF3D so I am letting looks win over substance ;)

120.00 for the golf scorer program??? That's a bit steep.

I checked out skycaddie and also laser range finders. I really didn't want to pay an annual fee. I figured Mobile Golf Scorer was cheaper than either of those solutions, plus you can keep score with it. My biggest complaints are there is a learning curve with the app since it has a ton of features and also the the limited no. of courses that have GPS data in my area. The work around for the course selection is that it comes with a desktop app that lets you use google earth to map the course (or you can set marks as you go around your course. Surprisingly the google earth method is very accurate.

i'm gonna try this one. it's quite a bit cheaper (32.00) for the full blown one with gps. And it has the main course I play on. It gives you 3 rounds to try it out, so we'll see how it goes.

You might want to check out Freecaddie (no cost) includes GPS works great or Freecaddie Pro (one time fee - I think about $30 but check out their web site for exact price) includes scoring.

Cool man. Thanks for the heads-up on this. I checked it out and they have the cards for the 2 courses I play regularly, but not the GPS coordinates. I'm going to check out their CSE mapping tool. Since they let you have 3 free rounds, t's probably worth a shot just to check out another product.

You can check the Favorite Cabs sticky for swype - I know there's a working cab there. As for Scrobble, someone else will have to chime in for that
