Searching for roms

A few months ago, someone wrote up an amazing and thorough list of roms. I have been searching for 2 days now and can't find it. I'm hoping someone has it bookmarked. It was a good page worth of roms and what they do, as well as links for downloading them. It should be found and get a sticky, imo.
