Cleanup time!
 

I have Clear temp and clean RAM installed and have been using them daily. I am now running at 70-80m free.

What settings are you running each at? I have CleanRAm @ level 3, as I dont know what is safe to have set on the custom tab. Cleartemp has the following boxes checked:
Temp
Cache
Cookies
History
Volatile
Recent programs
Internet addresses

What setting should i be running for max performance?



What is safe to delete from the drive in the following folders?
-Docs and Settings
-Temp
-Windows (this folder is HUGE!)
-My Docs
*Can i delete things like avatars in the my pictures folder, anything in the UAContents folder?
-Program Files
-ConnMgr
-Application Data



I DONT want to delete anything that may hurt me further down the road. I have already gotten rid of Spring NFL Live, NASCAR, NFL Mobile.

If you want a real clean ROM use a custom, there are several out there without the boat ware that run VERY good.

I know, im not ready to flash to a custom yet though. What can i do to speed up this current ROM?

one thing i set up in cleartemp under "custom folders" was to add the htc album cache, it would free up between 2 and 9mbs just in tthat folder alone. when i use cleartemp is "select all" with no problem

BTW
Even if you flash a custom rom you still need to use cleartemp to clear out old unused items in storage that build up. ;)
With cleanram you can also add processes to the custom processes list to stop processes that you may not be using that are resident in memory which are using ram. :)
