help with kitchens

ok ive searched and searched only to come up blank i cant seem to find a rom that has everything that i want and i cant seem to find the kitchens
this will be the first time that i build my own rom so i would like a simple kitchen as i just want to remove some of the bloatware and find the memory leaks.
basically i want to build a rom that retains the settings of a stock rom packaged different is fine, gets rid of bloatware, and has the programs i use all ready built in also to get the memory usage down to around the low 50% with sense 2.5
please help in any way possible but please remember i have never used a kitchen before

p.s. if this is in the wrong place or something is wrong with it please let me know but be kind about it i will fix any problems

Re: help with kitchens

+1 on OS Kitchen, you can use it to dump the stock ROM and remove what you want to, I was using that till Mighty Mike came out with Full Force. It ran good and I had ripped out a ton. on a fresh install I was at about 270MB free storage memory and about 96 MB free program memory Even with what I had added in.

What file do you select to extract? Have you tried using the .nbh to extract?

Re: help with kitchens

error while importing the ROM file: cant extract files or build packages from imgfs structure. please make sure ROM is not corrupted, that its an original ROM update released by the manufacturer and not an user-generated ROM
