When I did that, it reset everything. Cleared all info, reset to stock ROM from VZW, and deactivated phone. I'm pretty sure I did something from bootloader to make all that happen. Since it was stock ROM, there was no provisioning, it just led me step by step to "set up" my phone, and wouldn't let me call out/text/do anything. That was with my last device that the screen stopped working 90% on me, so I had to use bootloader to clear everything

I guess I shouldn't say a "hassle" but just more inconvenient than just simply starting on a fresh ROM and re installing everything
