I already tried it...and it is very nice...voice turn by turn.

Just to clarify, this is an updated version of Bing, version 5.1.2010.5040. It adds voice turn by turn to the existing navigation and has a modified home screen. Looks good.

If you already have Bing installed it should notify you of the available update when you start it.

I have Bing version 4.6.6169.0 and it didn't prompt me for an update

Unlike Sprint Nav the voice directions are loud & clear and the map isn't lagging 50-60 ft behind.

I just searched for three different things with Bing that Google maps found immediately (I was comparing the two programs) & got "no result found" on all three using Bing search.

I heard the Turn-by-Turn does not work with Verizon. Can anyone verify this before I bother to upgrade. I usually use the Google Maps app, which I like a lot.

It works fine with Verizon as long as you're running a custom ROM so it doesn't send you to VZ Navigator.
