dude, we told you no LOL.. you even started off by saying you went to other threads and there was no answer... its not possible on 2.1

Actually, no previous reply said it can't be done. Bashing VZ and saying not many people use 6.1 (even though the question stated I was using 6.5 with Sense 2.1) is not really an aswer at all. But, I apologize if my continued quest for an adequate solution irritates you.

Only way you can do it without a rom with 2.5, is to sideload Sense 2.5 into your rom. This can be done with the method linked HERE.
Then I would say to use CHT 1.7.1, which you can find by following the Link in my Banner in my sig. below. The one that was attached in this thread, is an older version.
That is the only way I know you can achieve what you want with your current rom.

Thanks Santod. Yeah, I found that thread about the 2.5 cab and was already considering going that route. I've been hesitant because it seems like people are still experiancing minor bugs and the .cab route is much slower than having 2.5 cooked in the ROM. If I could find a simple stock VZW TP2 ROM with just 2.5 cooked in, I would jump all over it. Unfortunately for me, everyone wants to add their own customizations, include apps that they use, and remove stock apps that they don't use. I don't blame them...I would do the exact same thing if I was cooking ROMs. It's just that my tastes and wants don't seem to match that of the cooks'.

But, I think that when I get a few days off to play with it, I will try out the 2.5 .cab. If there are problems that I can't live with, a hard reset and reinstalling the customizations I have would only take an hour or so.
