Go into your bing settings for GPS and change first select "Use GPS" then change the gps source from GPS intermediate driver to COM4. That will fix your problem.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem with this app the gps says always locating and doesn't do anything. I've changed the settings as a poster had stated and it didn't do anything.

some people in a different thread said they had better luck when it was installed to main memory. Do you have it on your storage card or main memory?

It is installed to the card on my Sprint TP2 running the stock 6.1 ROM, COM 4 and it works ok. I prefer the detail level Goggle provides and it lags a bit more than the previous release. I find the Sprint and Nav applications though to be more responsive. Traffic has yet to work here in Paradise.

I have it stored to my storage card. Haven't tried to store it to main memory might do that. I wonder if the other person has it to storage card too.

I use iGuidance as my primary GPS on my TP2 and really like it. Since it is completely stored on my phone - maps and all on my storage card, there is no lag while waiting for map data to load over a 3g connection. Also, since the maps and such are loaded on the phone, a 3g connection/data is not required.

Just another thought. Do you have location services turned on? Settings>Location>Location Settings Service "ON"?

Ok my bing is working now. I still have it stored to my storage card. Only things I did different was I went into quick gps and I downloaded that. I have no idea what that does and I also went into comm manager settings and turned off data connection and turned it back on. I went into bing and it finally locked onto a location for me. Who knows what if those things I did made it work but that's where Im at now.
