Remove B&N icons from the READER tab
 I made the manila file that had the B&N icon for the READER tab transparent. It is still there and you can still use it and click on it but if you are like me and appreciate a little bit more of a clean look then here is the file. You will need to unzip and put the file in the Windows directory.
